Project Architect and Contract Administrator for a major refurbishment, extension and loft conversion of existing 1930’s semi-detached dwelling on a corner plot.

Works included adding thermal insulation to the solid brick walls, new windows, skim plastered throughout, new boiler, pipework and radiators, new electrics new hot and cold water, new bathrooms, ensuite added, kitchen moved and enlarged to create a garden room with large sliding folding doors leading onto raised decking. As well as a hip to gable loft conversion adding 2 more bedrooms, and a bathroom.
